9. 和议灵验期 validity of agreement
本和议经两边签名后奏效，灵验期为天，自至 。若一方蓄意延迟本和议，则须在本和议期满前1个月书面报告另一方，经两边计划确定 。
若和议一方未实行和议条件，另一方有权中断和议 。
