1、Wash hands before wearing masks and keep hands clean
戴口罩前要洗手，保持手清洁；
2、When the mask is in hand, it should be blue, with the nose clip on the top and white on the bottom. Be careful not to wear it upside down;
罩拿到手上后，应蓝色朝外有鼻夹的是上面，白色是底，注意不要戴反；
3、Open the rubber band of the mask by hand and wear it on both sides of the ear;
用手拉开口罩的橡筋，分别饶到耳朵两边戴好；

口罩拉开要完全覆盖住口 ， 鼻 ， 下巴；

口罩完全戴好后 ， 沿鼻梁向下压紧鼻夹，让口罩紧贴鼻子；

完整效果就是要让口罩与面部完全贴合 。
