英式英语中也可以说“deposit”，名词的意思是“存款；预付款；定金” 。

有首付就会有尾款，从上面的例句我们可以看出来，“尾款”可以说“balance” 。

除此之外，“due”也可以表示“余款；尾款”，因为它作为形容词可以表示“欠债的，应支付的；应给的” 。
