The generation gap is unavoidable in almost *ry family， which b*ngs about a number of conflicts in a family 。In my opinion， to limit the bad effects of the generation gap，each family should use the following three methods:
大部分的家庭免不了存在代沟，代沟给一个家庭带来很多冲突 。我认为，为了控制代沟的不良影响 ， 每个家庭都就应尝试以下方法：
First of all ，  it is important that family members discuss openly about their pleas*es or sadness in childhood in family gathe*ngs 。This activity does not only * a close relationship but also * build up understanding among all members 。For instance，once children are aware that their grandparents and *n their parents did not have a good upb*nging d*ing their hard childhood，they will stop plaining about the previous generations’ obsoleteness 。In the meantime ，  once old people realize young people are n*t*ed in a new modern way， it is easy for them to be tolerant of young people’s new habits or hobbies 。
首先，在家庭聚会的时候，家庭成员公开讨论自我的童年时期的快乐或悲伤是很重要的 。这一活动不仅仅营造一种紧密的关系而且能够帮忙建立家庭成员之间的相互理解 。比如说，一旦孩子们意识到他们的*奶奶甚至是**在艰苦的童年时期没有很好的成长，他们就会停止抱怨上一代人的陈旧思想 。同时，一旦老一辈人意识到年轻人是在一种新的现代方式下成长，他们就很容易理解年轻人的*的差异 。我们总是认为他们思想守旧 ， 而他们却觉得我们疯狂 。他们不能忍受我们喜欢的衣服，我们追求的时尚甚至是我们幼稚的思维方式 。相反，我们觉得他们思想保守，“封建*” 。因此 ， 代沟越来越明显和严重 。但是，为什么我们没有意识到想法是能够改变的，而人却是不能够的 。所以，我们能够尝试换位思考，学会去理解 。能够肯定的是，我们能够缩小代沟过上更和谐的生活 。

They do not try to municate with their children as their equals 。Thus，misinterpretation of them *y easily occ* 。
To solve these p*blems ，  the busy parents should sac*fice their spare time to municate with their children actively and f*endly to imp*ve their relation 。At the same time，they can also observe their children"s behavior at the same time in order to understand heir children"s personality as it can reduce the quarrel be*een them 。Besides that，the parents should try to give up their absolute power in family so as lo *ke their children feel free to chat with them 。

Se*ously，how to b*dge the generation gap? In my opinion， first， show respect 。The mutual respect can play an important *le in avoiding conflicts 。Second ，  listen * than talk 。It’s no dou* that it is a very efficient way to keep the conversation longer 。At last，keep humors，this can *ke the talk f*endly 。
