答：一般来说，在一个岗位上是不是优秀，主要取决于你为这个岗位，这份工作，到底付出了多少心血 。因为教师是个特殊*行业，它面对*对象是学生 ， 是有感情*人 ， 所以，一个优秀*教师，就应该超出其他职业*要求 。在学业上 ， 应该能够很好*培养学生*学*，比如说月工资2500-3500
8. 你用什么办法让不喜欢你*学生变*喜欢你？
答：人都是有感情* ， 只要你真心对你*学生，他们也都会感觉得到 。

well, when teaching little kids a teacher has to be * patient.He/she has to use lots of songs, *s, body language to * student learn English.The forms of each lesson should be different.
Teaching junior high school kids is a little bit different. I can int*duce some grammer. I can give them * w*tten work and I can have * discussions with the children.
