冯恩鹤（1948年4月1日-），出生于辽宁省大连市，国家一级演员 。冯恩鹤工作于八一电影制片厂 。1969年参加解放军海军某潜艇部队 。1971年调海军政治部话剧团当演员 。从1973年开始步入影坛，在北影《南征北战》中饰机枪手刘永贵，在《海霞》中饰刘洪哥 。1978年调入八一厂演员剧团，开始了专业电影演员生涯 。凭借电影《战争让女人走开》获1987年上影厂小百花优秀男配角奖、中国电影表演艺术学会优秀表演奖 。2018年8月1日，参演的重大历史题材电影《浴血广昌》上映 。2020年8月12日，主演的电视剧《幸福还会来敲门》定档在江苏卫视、浙江卫视、爱奇艺、优酷、腾讯视频播出，在剧中饰演钟正道 。
